BACKGROUND

From Q3 2022 to Q3 2023, Kylie was tapped by healthcare advertising agency, Revive, to lead social strategy for their client, SHIFT Nursing (a part of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation).

APPROACH

Kylie integrated with the broader SHIFT team to lead social content strategy, copywriting, and community management across SHIFT’s social accounts.

RESULTS

The implementation of an audience-focused social content strategy led to a large increase in average engagement rates and overall account health/performance.
